What we do

IMHUB is a cross-language instant messaging relay service.

Businesses and their overseas customers are usually separated by two barriers at once: they don't use the same messaging app, and they don't speak the same language. IMHUB removes both — you send from the app you already use, your customer receives it in the app they already use, and when the two of you write in different languages the message is translated in transit.

Neither side has to install a new app just to talk, and neither side has to copy and paste between a chat window and a translation tool.

What we are not

• IMHUB is not a chatbot and not an AI assistant. It does not talk to you, does not write replies on your behalf, and never starts a conversation. The conversation is always between two real people; IMHUB delivers the message and, where needed, converts the language.
• IMHUB is not a social platform. There is no feed, no recommendation, no matching with strangers — only the one-to-one connections you set up yourself.
