1. The service

IMHUB provides cross-platform instant message relay with real-time translation. You communicate through IMHUB with contacts you designate; IMHUB forwards and translates the messages.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are entitled to contact the person you pair with.
• You may not use IMHUB to send spam, fraud, harassment or any unlawful content.
• You may not use IMHUB to circumvent the terms of service of any third-party platform.

3. Limits of our responsibility

• IMHUB is a relay service and is not responsible for message content.
• Translation is performed by machine and may contain errors; please verify anything important yourself.
• The service may be interrupted by changes on third-party platforms; we do not guarantee continuous availability.

4. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service, with advance notice. You may stop using it at any time.
